Rock n’ Shine
Ingredients
- 1 bottle 750 ml Belle Isle 100 proof
- Peel of ½ a grapefruit
- ½ c. peeled and diced fresh ginger
- ½ tsp. cloves
- 2 tbsp. dried orange
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 8 oz. rock candy (from For the Love of Chocolate)
- 4 oz. cherry juice (I used French Cherries in Kirsch Brandy)
Preparation
Place the ingredients in a glass container. Let the mixture sit for 1 week to a month. Strain and use!
Cocktail: Rockingham
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Rock n’ Shine
- large ice cube
- 3 oz. club soda
Preparation
Pour ingredients in Old Fashioned glass over large cube. Garnish with twist of grapefruit and a brandied cherry.
