All Hopped Up
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. Belle Isle Ruby Red Grapefruit
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. simple syrup
3 oz. citrus-forward IPA (We used hometown favorite Hardywood VIPA)
10-15 mg Dazey CBD oil (optional)
Preparation:
Add first four ingredients to a mixing tin with ice. Shake and strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Layer with IPA by slowly pouring the beer on upside down spoon over the cocktail.
