Citrus Heat Infusion
Ingredients
- 1 750ml bottle Belle Isle Premium Moonshine
- 1 Lime
- Handful sliced ginger
Preparation
Peel one lime and slice the rind, slice fresh ginger. Pour out three or four ounces from the bottle and use for any other purpose you would like. Add the lime and ginger to the bottle with the remaining moonshine and allow to sit for at least 24 hours.
Cocktail: Trellis Williamsburg Mule
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Ginger Lime infused Belle Isle Moonshine
- .5 oz fresh lime juice
- .5 oz Canton
- Goya Ginger beer
Preparation
To assemble fill a Copper Moscow mule mug with ice. Add the first three ingredients and fill with Ginger beer. Garnish with fresh lime and candied ginger.
