Masala Chai Infusion
Ingredients
- 1 750ml bottle of Belle Isle Premium Moonshine
- 3 tbls + 1 tsp Marsala Chai Tea
- 1/2 tsp citric acid
Preparation
Combine tea and 1/2 cup of Belle Isle in a pan and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and cover. Steep for 15 minutes. Add citric acid, stir, and strain contents back into original bottle.
Cocktail: Hair of the Dog
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5oz Masala Chai Infused Belle Isle Premium Moonshine
- 1oz grapefruit juice
- .5oz grapefruit cordial
- .75oz sumac honey
- .5oz egg white
PREPARATION
Dry shake, shake, single strain into coupe glass. Add 2 dashes black salt, 2 dashes sumac (be careful, both are quite potent).
