Under the Nickel
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. Belle Isle Ruby Red Grapefruit
½ oz. grapefruit juice
1 oz. Cocchi Americano
¼ oz. Green Chartreuse
Dash Angostura bitters
Top with ginger beer
Preparation:
Combine first five ingredients in a shaker over ice. Shake well and strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass. Top with ginger beer, then garnish with a grapefruit twist rose and a mint sprig.
