Ingredients:

• 1 ½ oz. Belle Isle Honey Habanero

• 1 oz. housemade blueberry-habanero shrub

• 1 oz. pineapple juice

• ¼ oz. lemon juice

Preparation:

Build in a shaker over ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a slapped mint sprig.
