Ingredients:

• 1 oz. Belle Isle Blood Orange

• 2 oz. blood orange juice

• 1/2 oz. rosemary syrup

• top with sparkling wine

Preparation:

Add first three ingredients to a mixing tin with ice. Shake and strain into flute glass. Top with sparkling wine of your choice.
