Ingredients:
1 oz. Belle Isle Cold Brew Coffee Moonshine
1 oz. Don Ciccio Concerto
1 oz. Torres Orange Liqueur
½ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
Egg White to foam
Valrhona Chocolate, for grated garnish
Orange Twist, for garnish
Preparation:
Combine first four ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Foam egg whites in a separate shaker. Strain cocktail into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Layer egg white foam over the top. Microplane Valrhona Chocolate over the top, and garnish with orange zest.
