Ingredients:

• 2 oz. Belle Isle 100 Proof
• 1 egg white
• ½ oz. Half and Half
• ½ oz. lemon juice
• ½ oz. lime juice
• ½ oz. simple syrup
• 3-4 drops Orange Blossom Water
• Club Soda

Preparation:

In cocktail shaker, combine gin, orange blossom water, egg white, half-and-half, lemon juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds (traditional recipes say to shake for up to eight minutes!). Add ice and shake for 30 seconds more.

Strain mixture into Collins glass with no ice. Slowly pour soda water down inside of shaker to loosen remaining froth, then pour into glass to top drink.
