Ingredients:

• 1 oz. Belle Isle Blood Orange

• ½ oz. Laird’s Applejack

• 1 oz. apple cider

• ½ oz. lemon juice

• 2 oz. sparkling wine

Preparation:

Add all ingredients to a mixing tin with ice. Shake and strain into a flute glass, then top with sparkling wine.
