Cucumber Hab-arita
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz. Belle Isle Honey Habanero
- ½ oz. triple sec
- ¾ oz. lime juice
- ¼ oz. simple syrup
- 4 cucumber slices
Preparation:
Muddle 3 cucumber slices in the bottom of a shaker tin. Top with ice, then add Belle Isle, triple sec, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake, then strain into a chilled glass. Garnish glass with a cucumber slice.
*To make a big batch, add ice and half a cucumber sliced into a pitcher. Top with a bottle of Belle Isle Honey Habanero, 8 1/2 oz. triple sec, 12 1/2 oz. lime juice, and 4 1/2 oz. simple syrup. Stir throughout drinking, and enjoy.
