Ingredients:

• 1 oz. Belle Isle 100 Proof
• 1 oz. Salers Gentiane apéritif
• 1 oz. Dolin Blanc vermouth

Preparation:

Stir with ice and strain into an old fashioned glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel.
