Ingredients:

• 2 oz. Belle Isle Premium Moonshine
• 1 oz. coconut water
• ½ oz. lime juice
• ½ oz. mint simple syrup (we love Keep It Simple Syrup's Spearmint)
• Club soda
• Fresh mint

Preparation:

Fill a Collins glass with ice. Take a fresh sprig of mint and smack it between your hands to warm and release the oils, then add to the glass. Continue to build your drink by adding the Belle Isle, lime juice, coconut water, and simple syrup. Top with soda water and stir.
