Ingredients:

• 2 oz. Belle Isle Honey Habanero

• ¾ oz. lemon juice

• 1 oz. gingerbread syrup (store bought or homemade)

• 1 egg white

• 4-5 dashes Fee Brothers Cranberry Bitters

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin over ice. Shake and strain out ice, then dry shake for 15 seconds. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
