Ingredients:

• 2 oz. Belle Isle Black Label

• 1 oz. lime juice

• ¾ oz. simple syrup

• mint sprigs

• Club soda

Muddle simple syrup and mint sprigs in a cocktail shaker. Add spirit, lime juice, and ice, then shake vigorously until outside of shaker is very cold and starts to frost. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with mint sprig
