Ingredients:

• 2 oz. Belle Isle Black Label

• 3 oz. fresh lime juice

• 1 oz. simple syrup

• pinch of salt and pepper

Preparation:

Shaken: Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Frozen: Add all ingredients to a blender and cover with ice. Blend until smooth and g arnish with a lime wheel.
