Ingredients:

• 1 ½ oz. Belle Isle Honey Habanero

• ¾ oz. Gin

• ½ oz. Luxardo

• 4 drops 18.21 Grapefruit Lavender Bitters

Preparation:

Rim half a rocks glass with a cayenne pepper & sugar mix**. Build in mixing glass over ice. Stir and strain into rimmed glass over a big ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel.

** 5 parts cayenne pepper to 1 part white sugar
