Ingredients:

• 1 oz. Belle Isle Honey Habanero
• ½ oz. Green Chartreuse
• ½ oz. honey syrup
• ½ oz. lemon juice
• Top with Sparkling Wine

Preparation:

Combine first four ingredients in a mixing tin and shake.  Strain into a flute glass and top with sparkling wine.
