Ingredients:

• 1 oz. Belle Isle Ruby Red Grapefruit

• 1 oz. cranberry juice

• ½ oz. lemon

• 3 oz. sparkling wine

Preparation:

Add first three ingredients to a mixing tin with ice. Shake lightly and strain into a flute glass. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with cranberries.
