Ingredients:

• 2 oz. Belle Isle Cold Brew Coffee

• 1 oz. pumpkin syrup**

• 1 oz. cream

• 1 egg white

• ½ oz. lemon juice

• ½ oz. lime juice

• 3 dashes orange blossom water

• 2 oz. club soda

Preparation:

Add all ingredients except for soda to a mixing tin. Shake for a full minute without ice, then add ice and shake for another 15 seconds. Strain into a Collins glass, then top with soda.

** Boil one cup of water over medium-high heat. Add ¼ cup white sugar, ¼ cup brown sugar, and three tablespoons pumpkin pureé, and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Simmer for five minutes, then let cool.
