Ingredients:

• 2 oz. Belle Isle Ruby Red Grapefruit

• 1 tsp. matcha powder

• ¾ oz. honey syrup

• ½ oz. lemon juice

• 2 oz. hot water

Preparation:

Add hot water and matcha powder to a mug and stir vigorously to combine. Once powder is dissolved, add other ingredients and mix again.
