Ingredients:

• 1 ½ oz. Belle Isle Ruby Red Grapefruit
• lime wedge
• 2 strawberries
• splash lemon juice
• soda

Preparation:

1. Pour Belle Isle Ruby Red Grapefruit and lemon juice into a shaker or glass, then add strawberries and lime wedge.
2. Muddle together, then add ice and shake.
3. Pour into a highball glass, then top with ½ soda and ½ Sprite.
4. Garnish with a strawberry and lemon twist.
