Ingredients:

• 1 ½ oz. Belle Isle Blood Orange

• 1 oz. Aperol

• ¾ oz. lemon

• 3 oz. soda

Preparation:

Add first three ingredients to a mixing tin with ice. Shake and strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with club soda and garnish with an orange twist.
