Ingredients

– 2 oz. Belle Isle Premium Moonshine
– 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
– 3/4 oz. simple syrup
– 1 large, fresh egg, white only
– 6-8 mint leaves
– bitters mist

Preparation

Add all ingredients, except bitters, to a shaker and shake, without ice, for 30 seconds. Add ice to the shaker and shake for an additional 30 seconds; strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with bitters as desired.
