Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. Belle Isle Premium Moonshine
• 1/4 oz. Creme Yvette
• 1/4 oz. luxardo maraschino
• 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice

Cherry Cordial Foam Garnish

• 4 egg whites
• 3 oz. fresh lemon juice
• 6 oz. cherry cordial
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Pour Cherry Cordial Foam ingredients into whipped cream canister, give it a good shake to mix the ingredients and then 2 charges.

Mix cocktail ingredients over ice. Shake and strain over the salted cherry cordial foam.
