Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz. Belle Isle Ruby Red Grapefruit
  • 1 oz. pineapple juice
  • ½oz. lemon juice
  • 5 dashes Blue Curacao

Preparation:

Combine ingredients in a shaker tin with ice. Shake vigorously, until the pineapple juice becomes frothy. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
