Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Belle Isle Ruby Red Grapefruit Moonshine
  • 1/2 oz. Cointreau
  • 1 oz. fresh Ruby Red Grapefruit juice

Preparation

Rocks glass over ice. Slowly pour and layer 1/2 oz of Cassis down the side of the glass. The Cassis will settle at the bottom of the glass creating a beautiful presentation.
