Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. Belle Isle Ruby Red Grapefruit
1 ½ oz. Belle Isle Honey Habanero
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 ½ oz. fresh lime juice
2 oz. cream of coconut
2 oz pineapple juice
Preparation:
Add Belle Isle Honey Habanero, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, ½ oz. lime juice and enough ice to cover liquid to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a hurricane glass and set aside in the freezer.
Wash out blender.
Add Belle Isle Ruby Red Grapefruit, the strawberries, and 1 oz. lime juice to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into the hurricane glass on top of the strawberry mixture.
Garnish with a strawberry and/or pineapple chunk.
