Ingredients:

• 2 oz. Belle Isle Ruby Red Grapefruit
• ½ oz. lemon juice
• barspoon simple (optional)
• 3 oz. sparkling wine

Preparation:

Combine first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into flute or coupe glass, then top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist.
