Ingredients:

• 1 ½ oz. Belle Isle Ruby Red Grapefruit

• ½ oz. Domaine de Canton

• ¼ oz. lemon juice

• 4 oz. sparkling wine

Preparation:

Add first three ingredients over ice into a large flute and stir lightly. Top with sparkling wine, and garnish with a twist of lemon.
