Melon Moonshine Sour
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Belle Isle Premium Moonshine infused w/ kiwi
- 2 oz. Cantaloupe Aqua Fresca
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- 2 dash Peach Bitters (Fee Brothers)
Preparation
First, make the Kiwi Infused Moonshine by combining 1 bottle of Belle Isle Premium Moonshine and 5 fresh kiwis (sliced and roughly chopped) in a 2 L container. Let age for one week.
After the Kiwi Infused Moonshine has aged, combine all of the ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well and pour into a mason jar. Garnish with a lime slice.
