Ingredients

• 2 oz. Belle Isle Premium Moonshine
• 1 oz. Honey Shrub
• 1 oz. simple syrup
• 1/2 lemon juiced
• 4 drops tiki bitters or orange bitters
• 4 drops of truffle oil

Preparation

Combine Belle Isle Premium Moonshine, shrub, syrup, lemon juice, and bitters into a shaker with ice. Shake all ingredients together and strain into a mason jar with fresh ice. Finish with the truffle oil. Garnish with lemon wedge and mint leaf.
