Ingredients

• 1.5 oz. Belle Isle Honey Habanero
• 1 oz. Mountain Moon Sake (Clear Sake)
• 1/2 oz. Honey Vinegar
• 1/4 oz. Honey Syrup
• 4 drops Habanero Tincture 

Shake over ice, strain over ice, garnish with lemon on rim.
