Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz. Belle Isle Cold Brew Coffee Moonshine
• 1/2 oz. Aperol
• 1/2 oz. Los Amantes Mezcal
• 1/4 oz. Lemon juice
• 1/2 oz. Cherry Heering
• 2 dashes Fee Bros. Aztec Chocolate Bitters

Preparation:
Shake ingredients, and train into a double old fashioned glass. Top with rosemary sea salt or a sprig of rosemary.
